Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address Policy

• Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is provided, Nicole Essence Cosmetics is not responsible for lost packages.

• If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Nicole Essence Cosmetics is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Returns & Exchanges
